IEEE Cairo University Student Branch (IEEE CUSB) is the first IEEE studentbranch to be established in Egypt. It was established in 1970 and founded in 2008 following the slogan of IEEE ‘‘Not for Profit Organization’’. It is located in the Faculty of Engineering Cairo University in Giza, Egypt. IEEE CUSB serves mainly four engineering departments: Electronics and Communications, Electrical power and Machines, Computer Engineering & Biomedical Engineering departments. Though, its activities are not limited to that; IEEE CUSB serves our community in many different ways with the help of a wide range of volunteers working together and doing their best to achieve one vision. The branch is not limited to Electrical Engineering students only or even engineering students only, the volunteers are from different departments and faculties inside and outside Cairo University.
